Snack
Had an apple at 3pm to tide me during the golf tourney. I'm super hungry today - maybe my body catching up on the previous two days since I was low on calories!
I am so excited that it is apple season! They are my favorite fruit...one of the few that are filling and full of fiber. You have to try the Honeycrisps that are out now....YUM!
I am maintaining a 30+ pound weight loss at around 120 lbs.
After putting on about 25 lbs in college due to foot surgery that kept me from running and out-of-control portions of "healthy" food, by graduation I was ready to take control of my life and make health my top priority.
