Sweet Repeat

Is it OK to have the same lunch and dinner!?!? Tonight was "eat what you want" at our house and I settled on leftover veggies and an apple - the same as lunch! I also added a little maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice!

Then for dessert (which I didn't need but wanted and probably needed the calories/nutrition since I was 300 under net) I had cottage cheese with cran, fiber one, and pom seeds:

Total dinner calories: ~377

Total Tuesday calories: ~1614

in exercise (got in 30 minutes of walking after my appt. today)

= net of 1087. I'm ready to read in bed though, so I'm all done!
