I went for a short walk even though I didn't have the time in my day to do so and it made me feel a little better, although I talked to the husband on the phone. I should have just breathed fresh air and got my mind off of things.
Lunch:
Garbanzo beans spread on bread with avocado. It was very dry and a major disappointment.
3 oz root veggies (I missed my baby spinach ;( )
Kiwi and POM
A small bit of leftover pretzels (craving....)
Cranberry yogurt:
All together for 613 calories!! YIKES!! That sandwich was a KILLER disappointment. And those root veggies were too high. Next time I'll cut back on the high-cal ones.
Tonight is nutrition class at Queens. I have a test and I'm not prepared!! But I know I will do OK on it, but maybe not a 100 this time because I haven't had the chance to study enough. Dinner is in the dining hall with my mother-in-law and husband. Yay! I'm going to try not to eat a smörgåsbord this week! I've got 602 calories remaining if I don't have an afternoon snack.
Unless class gets out early, I'll see you in the morning.
