Chocolate Recovery



My goal today is to feel fabulous. I started with a great workout, my favorite pants, pink buttondown, pink pears, curled hair, and an oatmeal pancake. Yum!

Preworkout: Toast with PB



Workout: 40 minutes elliptical, mile run on treadmill, quick pushups. 450 calories!

Breakfast:

Pears



Frothy Latte



with 1/3-cup-oats pancake and banana



Total breakfast calories: ~475

Here are some of our trick-or-treaters! We ended up having 25-30 stop by, including the family we bought our house from last year. They were so cute and came in to see how we'd changed it.

Juicy Juice had his nutritional information on the side - he was 100 calories!
