Another PB Breakfast

Peanut Butter, Walnut and Pear Oatmeal with Pumpkin Tea

Almost skipped my workout today because my legs were tired, but since it's Thanksgiving week, I need all the exercise I can get. Plus, I was already wide awake.

Pre workout toast:

Workout was 30 minutes Stairmaster, 15 minutes bike, and some squats and lunges. Hoping to get in a good walk today too! 400 calories burned.

I really think my shoulders have improved since giving up the coffee. I'm hoping we can switch to decaf once we use up our caf.

Total breakfast calories: ~511.
