Satisfying Dinner

Wish I could write more, but I need to go study for my test on fats and proteins.

Dinner was "throw together a meal" chicken fajitas - seared chicken breast, sauteed cabbage and orange bell pepper, avocado, a small amount of low-fat cheese, hot sauce and Fage on top! They were surprisingly satisfying and took me a long time to eat with a knife and fork.





Dinner calories: ~388

Tuesday calories: ~1622

-500 from workout and short walk

= net of 1117.

I might have a snack - still undecided!
