And my gosh can we talk about this Fall weather!? There is nothing more fun than waking up chilly, pulling up the down comforter, and snuggling up to a warm husband :0)
Before my workout I had half a whole wheat English muffin and some PB:
Workout was 30 minutes Stairmaster, 15 elliptical (I couldn't get off!) and then some biceps, lunges, triceps, pushups and planks. ~450 calories burned Sweeettt....that means snacks are more flexible today!
It always takes me YEARS to decide what to have for breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day and there are so many options:
- Oatmeal pancake
- Egg + toast
- Oatmeal with banana
- Oatmeal with apple
- Kashi waffle
- Interesting egg creation (a la yesterday's quesadilla)
Today I decided on a Banana Foster Oatmeal Pancake: (with banana in the batter and on top, plus maple syrup - 5 grams)
Plus 4 oz apple slices, topped with pumpkin pie spice:
And a glass of milk:
All together with coffee and 2 more oz of milk:
Breakfast calories: ~500.
I've got THE healthiest lunch today! I can't wait to post (and eat) it!
