Breakfast....MMmmmmmm



No surprises here: oatmeal made with half skim/half water with Asian pear, vanilla, toasted almonds, cinnamon, maple and coffee.



Husband and I both bounded out of bed this morning. How strange! We even woke up before the alarm went off at 4:50. Must have been those cookies last night!

I had half an English muffin with PB while playing on the Facebook at 5 this morning. How pathetic!



Workout was usual for Mondays: Stairmaster, elliptical, weight lifting (upper body). -425 calories burned.

Total breakfast calories: 510.

See you at lunch - I've got a good one packed!!
