Second Breakfast

In true Lord of the Rings fashion, I had second breakfast here at work.
  • Half a wheat bagel
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 small bagel chip
  • 3 grapes, 2 strawberries
I'm counting this as 200 calories and calling it even.

That's 650 total for "breakfast" but I'll be able to make up for it with my salad at lunch and small dinner at home : )

The real trick is going to be resisting the leftovers in the work kitchen. I think a good teeth brushing is on the way.
