- Half a wheat bagel
- 1 tsp cream cheese
- 1 small bagel chip
- 3 grapes, 2 strawberries
That's 650 total for "breakfast" but I'll be able to make up for it with my salad at lunch and small dinner at home : )
The real trick is going to be resisting the leftovers in the work kitchen. I think a good teeth brushing is on the way.
