Needed a big breakfast today to fuel me thru the day since I won't be able to have lunch until 12-1pm, so I had my infamous Banana Foster Pancake + Smoothie. Plus some hot tea - eggnog flavor!

Breakfast calories: 500.

Didn't have the chance to workout this morning (gym wasn't open yet), but when I get back this afternoon, depending on my mood, I might hit it up!

Hi Kath!
It's been a crazy busy week, but I've still been enjoying your entries every day (such a nice little study break)! I'm definitely going to try your banana version of "The Pancake," it's just half a mashed banana to the batter and half on top of the pancake, right? And I really want to get that whole wheat ravioli recipe from you...sounds SO good, though God knows when I'll have time to make it. Have a great Saturday!
