First Breakfast Back


Uggggggg. Back to the grind. 3-day weekends are the BEST. It's amazing what an extra day does to stress and mind-set.

Before heading to the gym this morning I had half a Kashi honey almond flax bar. I'll have the other half for a snack :)

Workout today was 45 minutes on the elliptical followed by squats and lunges and an ab workout. 375 calories burned.

Breakfast was filling. Oatmeal made with skim milk and frozen blueberries, banana, a touch of brown sugar and 3 little ginger snap cookies crushed for a special treat! And a husband-made latte - with extra foam!





Off to work...........
