Too busy to post a full report, but here are pictures from dinner.

  • Delicious sweet potato fries (which were actually mini yams) baked in the oven
  • Grilled chicken tenders
  • Italian pole beans (frozen), blanched and tossed in bottled citrus-ginger sauce


And a grandmother-made cookie for dessert:

I'm up to 1861 calories today, and with -650 calories burned, that leaves me with a net of 1211. I'm still a little hungry, so I might have some frozen fruit (my new kind that's soooo fresh despite being frozen!)

We'll see!
