I was bad. I made tapioca even though I'm not hungry at all just because I was excited about the recipe. I made it without sugar, so the ingredients are 1 T tapioca balls, .9 cups milk, and 1/3 of an egg. I topped it with 8 raspberries for some sweetness. It's pretty healthy since it's really just like a cup of milk! I wonder if it would work with just egg whites.... Calories ~ 120.

Total calories today: ~1310, which is still insanely low.

I love tapioca pudding. I haven't had it in forever but it's great with sliced peaches.
