Smoothie Snack

Had the rest of my smoothie at 3:30. I wasn't terribly hungry and felt bad for snacking "just because it was there" but at least it was healthy! It totally filled me up. As a matter of fact, today was MUCH better hunger-wise than yesterday. I really wasn't hungry all day today. Maybe because I got 8 hours of sleep? Or maaaaybe because of my egg/protein breakfast???!
