Lunch Edit

After doing some research, I'm guessing the cranberry-walnut bread was higher than 100 per slice. Most of those types of bread are 110-120 per slice, so I'm upping it to 225 for the bread, making lunch 525. Not that those 25 calories really make much of a difference, but just wanted to you let you all know I'm trying to be accurate :)

I am SO with you on the fall weather; I'm am thoroughly enjoying my Kashi Pumpkin Spice granola bar and thinking about how fantastic fall flavors are. That squash "pasta" and sauce meal looked divine, one of these days I really want to try it, but I'm such a squash-phobe (cutting those things can, and has, resulted in some serious injuries in my house)!
