- A HUGE tortilla (but I only ate half)
- 1/3 c pinto beans
- 1/3 c rice
- 1/3 c broccoli (in butter, I think)
- 1/4 c sauteed veggies (in butter)
- Salad with lettuce, peppers, cucs, shrooms, and 1/3 c peas
- 1 tsp honey mustard dressing
- Unsweet tea
NO DESSERT!!!!!!!!!! GO ME!!!!!!! I just kept saying "How will you feel in nutrition class if you have dessert, even one bite!" That's not setting a good example. So I passed.
I ended up way low on calories today and got pretty hungry. I had 5 almonds during class.
Just got home at 9pm. Class was good. Made myself "pumpkin pie", which is just pumpkin, raisins, cinnamon and 2 tsp brown sugar. About 75 calories.
Total calories today:
= ~1650. Whoa!
-400 from run + walking on campus
= 1150 net.
Guess I get to eat tomorrow!
