I'm boring.

Monday morning usuals:

1) PB toast



2) Stairmaster + lifting = 375 calories

3) Oatmeal with pear, skim milk, almonds, $ vanilla and maple (the pear was kind of gross and ruined it though. Wasn't sweet/ripe enough)



And coffee:



Total breakfast calories: 510

What else is new!? I have an amazing lunch planned!!! But I can't eat it until after my 11:45 am stitches appointment :(
