YUM!!!



Wonderful breakfast today!!!
  • 1/3 cup part oatmeal pancake (a little larger than usual) with mashed banana and maple
  • 2.5 oz grapes
  • 3.5 oz sliced apple
  • Latte with 3 oz milk






Pre-gym english muffin and PB:



A good gym trip today too (SM, ET and weights for 400 calories)

Breakfast calories: ~450.

Yum for the diva pancake! :-) Yes, I LOVE adding the chocolate chips...pointless calories...but I add dark chocolate ones at least. Haha! It's a fun way to start my morning. Have a good day! -Meggers-
