No Time!

Went to the dentist this morning - no time to chat - gotta get to work!!

Preworkout:




Workout:

Elliptical, lunges, squats, abs. 370 calories burned.

Breakfast:


Egg and goat cheese quesadilla:



Pear with plain Kefir and flax:



With coffee:



Total breakfast calories: ~500

Working from home and had some snacks. Bad!!! 2 Kashi crackers and a handful of Kashi Heart to Heart = ~50 calories.

Having lunch at my very favorite place: EarthFare!!!
