Lunch today was leftovers:
Mushroom Stroganoff (no meat) over an English muffin with melted havarti:
Pear chunks:
And leftover cabbage slaw:
It was all still pretty delicious though!
Lunch calories: ~450
Also got in a nice 45-minute walk. I'm kind of sweaty though and wish I could freshen up!
Breakfast held me over well, but I had trail mix at 11:00 anyways:
I guess that's about all the news!
I'm working on a fun project at work, so I'll get back at it.
