Super Healthy Dinner!

Dinner tonight was delicious, and totally prepared by husband for me (and his mother, who joined us). I've got to get to bed, so I'll leave you with photos only.



On the menu:
  • Salmon Burgers
    • Trader Joe's Salmon patties
    • On Rudi's 100% Whole Wheat buns
    • 10 grams bleu cheese
    • 3/4 oz avocado
    • Tomato slice
  • Roasted rosemary red potatoes (made with 1 tsp EVOO)
  • Side salad
    • Pomegranate seeds
    • Romaine
    • Jicama
    • Zucchini
    • Pepper
    • 1 tbsp hummus
    • Aged balsamic




The salmon burgers were DIVINE!!

Total dinner calories: ~500

Total calories today: ~1750

-525 thru workout + walk

= net of 1220.
