I am maintaining a 30+ pound weight loss at around 120 lbs.
After putting on about 25 lbs in college due to foot surgery that kept me from running and out-of-control portions of "healthy" food, by graduation I was ready to take control of my life and make health my top priority.

I love the Kashi granola bars! I want to try the Pumpkin Flax ones but I can't find them here :(
I just bought the new Kashi bar (Dark Chocolate Cherry)...I'm gonna try it tomorrow!
