Snacks

For some reason I had insatiable hunger this afternoon! Maybe it wasn't real hunger, but my stomach had a burning sensation that I attributed to hunger. You know, often when I eat pasta or rice (rather than bread or crackers) I am never full enough at lunch. I had my snacks one after the other in the 3:00 pm hour to try to get a feeling of fullness. I felt much better about a hour after that, but almost went for more!
