Snack



I had some trail mix at 11am. I bought this at Earth Fare this weekend. Here's the info:

EarthFare Trail Mix:

1/4 cup (25g)

Calories: 120
Fat: 8 grams
Sat. Fat: 2 grams
Sodium: 25
Carbs: 11
Fiber: 2
Sugar: 7
Protein: 3

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Chips
Almonds
Dried papaya
Chocolate-covered peanuts
Pumpkin seeds
Peanuts
Apricots
Pineapple
And more!

So as you can see, it packs a lot into 120 calories per 1/4 cup!! Today I had a little more than half a serving.
